Nearing halftime of the noon slate and I’m ready to hang it up. All of my bets are dead and there is zero chance they even come back to be competitive.
I bet the Lions to basically go 6-1? What the hell? The Lions are not a 6-1 team. I know I had them +3 but WTF. They can’t stop a Pee Wee team.
How are the Commanders not dominating the Giants up front? Sweat, Young, Allen, all no shows on this fine Sunday afternoon. Not to mention Sam Howell is seeing ghosts.
The Raiders missing a FG on their first drive tells you all you need to know about the Laubach Lock. Bears offense is showing up but Adams and the Raiders HAVE to do something in the second half to get us to 38 points.
Really thinking about flipping all of my afternoon picks but I just gotta ride it out at this point.
I’m not apologizing for being bad, betting is hard and even the best have tough weeks. I’m just disappointed.
Hopefully, we circle back to this later and can laugh at how quick I overreacted, but I really think these are all just stinkers.
Again, I’m not sorry, still way above .500 on the year, just shocked on how bad these picks were.
